Cancellation Policy
-A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
-Tardiness more than 10 minutes past your appointment time without notice is subject to a $15 fee. Unless arrangements were made with stylist, your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
